Not a ‘39 Ford I think.

Good thing that beach is outside the car, not inside. I was about to make a three on the tree joke.

I think its a ‘37 Ford, specifically a Tudor sedan. Can’t tell if it was a Model 74 or 78, I’m thinking 78.

100% a 37 or 38 Ford, as the fenders are so similar on those cars, and this one has seen better days, hard for my eyes to be sure. However, by the way the trim line on the rear quarter stops instead of going all the way down, I am going to say 1938.

Not quite enough rust to be a Michigan car , so I’m going to guess Ohio?

Those headlight buckets are a dead giveaway.
I’d be tempted to grab the fenders just as garage wall art. But it’s fun to leave this kind of stuff as found too, then some one else gets to find it.
